Pollinator bed planting in Calverstown

A provisional date for planting a large pollinator-friendly flower bed has been set by the Calverstown Action Network, writes Brian Byrne.

The bed on the village green will be planted at 7pm on Monday 27 May.

CAN says it will be a great community event and an occasion to meet neighbours. Everybody welcome and there will be drinks afterwards in The Stream Inn.
