Cross's Centra on Hillcrest has won the title of Best Convenience Store in the country in the Centra organisation's national competition,
writes Brian Byrne.
"A big thank you to every member of my team for the dedication and outstanding effort," is the response from owner Andrew Cross, pictured above with Musgraves Regional Manager Fiona Leavy during recent filming for the presentation at the competition.
Andrew also owns and operates Centra Hazelmere in Naas, and Centra Roseberry Hill in Newbridge. In 2015 he opened SuperValu in Newbridge with an investment of €2.2m.
With over 450 stores, Centra employs over 11,000 people and serves over three million customers per week nationally.
