First of Kilcullen 700 history talks tonight

A reminder that as part of Kilcullen 700 celebrations, there will be a series of talks on local history throughout the coming year, writes Noel Clare.

The first of these takes place TONIGHT, Tuesday 5th February, in Kilcullen Town Hall and Heritage Centre at 8pm. It is on the Borrowes family of Gilltown and will be given by Ger McCarthy.

All are welcome. There is no admission charge. Hopefully there will be further talks taking place on the first Tuesday of each month.
