Visiting family travelled to papal mass with parish
A family from the Middle East who were staying in Kilcullen last week were able to avail of the parish bus to the papal mass in the Phoenix Park last Sunday, writes Brian Byrne.
"Their youngest son is in Clongowes Wood College and they were staying in Laurel Wood for the week," says Adrienne Byrne, who organised the bus. "They heard about the bus going, and we were able to give them tickets and seats on the bus."
The father of the family is Raul Romani Condor, who was in Ireland with his wife Alcira and their eldest son Santiago, to visit their youngest boy, Sebastian.
"They were delighted to travel up with us and had a lovely day," Adrienne says.
