The one where narrow footpaths are for parking vehicles. Where double yellow lines are a sign that you'll never get a fine. Where thoughtfulness and consideration for others is wrong.

Where a busy road is the place that pedestrians and people with buggies are by law required to move out on, because, well, because regular risking their lives is good for their characters ... and develops agility.

Except, this isn't an alternative universe. This is Kilcullen, today. And that van driver is ... is it you?
