End of summer Family Day planned for Brannockstown.
Brannockstown community is to hold an end of summer Family Fun Day in September, writes Brian Byrne.
The event is being organised by the Brannockstown Community Group and is designed for neighbours to meet up and have a bit of foof, fun, and generally make and remake contact.
The daye is 2 September, the time 3-6pm, in the Baptist Church grounds. Contact Stephanie at the Manse for more information, and we'll post details closer to the event.
Meantime, in a 'where are they now?' picture, we reproduce the one above from a Diary post in 2005, with local schoolchildren helping out with the Brannockstown Tidy Towns work, along with their teachers and Steve Schwer. If you're there and now all grown up, give us a shout.
