Food litter 'phantom' is back

A reader sent in this picture of food dumped on the avenue into Cnoc na Gréine this morning.

This was a regular enough occurrence during the summer, but the ‘phantom’ is back during this start of winter despite it attracting vermin of the four-legged and feathered variety.

The food is mainly bread but does contain some meat scraps and pasta. Anyone remember dropping it?
