Shortgrass Pitch & Putt

The Shortgrass Pitch & Putt competition was held last weekend, writes Des Quinlan, and despite the very heavy rain more than 130 teams braved the weather and played.

The competition was played over four courses—Athgarvan, McDonagh, Ryston and St Bridgets—and credit is due to the clubs for the condition of their courses.

This is always a great competition and was enjoyed by all despite the weather.
