Suas taking a break

The Suas Knitting Group which meets each Tuesday morning in the Parish Centre is taking a break until September.

The group was set up in Kilcullen as one of the initiatives from a Positive Ageing Information Day organised in 2009 by the parish's pastoral worker, Hannah Evans.

In addition to the social and craft side of their activities the members have provided a knitted tapestry for the Parish Centre, and produced new-born children clothing kits for a hospital in Palestine.
