Clever launch of Market Square
The launch of the Market Square apartments development this week has been done in a clever way, given that the complex is not scheduled to be finished until March of next year.
Dunlea Developments built full-size replicas of two of the apartment styles in the La Touche Furniture showrooms at The Link Park, completely furnished and including the upstairs section of the duplex model.
The presentation also includes a display of individually framed floor plans of each of the 50 apartments, which will be presented to the owners when the actual homes are ready for occupation.
Just like an art gallery, units which have been sold are already marked with red tags, and indicate the success of the launch so far.
"We've had a really excellent response," says John Fitzsimons (left below) of DNG Dowling Fitzsimons, selling agents for the properties. "The buyers have come from all over, and many have been bought as investments, thanks to the tax benefits."
The public viewings continue this Friday evening, and viewings by appointment will be available from next Tuesday.
