Kildare land use environmental priority survey
A survey on public attitudes to land use and environmental priorities is being conducted by the Public Participation Network Kildare, writes Brian Byrne. The PPN's Environmental Group is hosting the online questionnaire.
The survey seeks priority opinions from the public under several headings, including Biodiversity and Habitat Loss, Wind Farms and Solar Farms, Waste Management, House Building, and Industrial. There's also an option to insert any other aspect the contributor chooses.
The initiative is designed to help the PPN better understand the environmental issues that matter most to communities and ensure concerns are reflected in local discussions and planning.
The survey will close at 9am on Monday, November 10th 2025.
