WEATHER

Today will start with spells of sunshine and scattered showers. Overall dry for daylight hours, though cloud will increase later with a bit of patchy rain or drizzle towards evening. Highest afternoon temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds.
