Shamrocks are U16 shield winners

In a very keenly contested game of hurling in Hawkfield last evening, writes Martin Sheridan, South Kildare Shamrocks with a lot of skill and a huge amount of grit on show overcame Confey to bring home the Shield. 

Thanks to all the players and the large amount of support on the sideline. 

Looking forward to 2026 with this great group of hurlers.
