Irish darts team arrives in Seoul
The Irish team has arrived in Seoul, Korea, for the World Darts Federation World Cup 2025, writes Derek Courtney of The Spout in Kilcullen. It was a long, 28-hour journey from door to door, so everybody is feeling a bit tired this evening.
The Men's team consists of Steven Rosney, Gerard McGlynn, Dean Finn and Paddy Quinn, and Chris Curran manages them. The Ladies team consists of Robyn Byrne, Katie Sheldon, Aoife McCormick, and Denise Cassidy, and they're managed by Kevin Devanney. The Boys team is Jack Courtney and Aiden O'Hara, and the Girls team is Zoe Burke and Rachel Ivers, and they're managed by Paddy Cullen.
Not a lot is happening tomorrow, it's a rest day. I'll report from the competition each day, but this is just to let people know everyone has arrived safely.
