The passing of Susan, Harriet Pearson

The Diary has been informed of the death of Susan, Harriet Pearson (née Hendy), of Thomastown House, Kilcullen, on 20 September 2025, in the tender loving care of St Vincent’s Hospital, Athy staff.

Beloved wife of the late George and devoted mother of Keith, John and Clive, and predeceased by her daughter Mary, Susan will be dearly missed by her family, daughters-in-law Averil, and Valerie, son-in-law Clive, Keith’s partner Sinead, grandchildren Laura, Jennifer, Gavin, Grace, Rose, Emily and Jessica, her great grandson Finn, brother Frank, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

She will be reposing at her son Clive’s home, R56 HR00, on Monday 22 September from 4pm, to conclude with prayers at 8pm. House Private thereafter. Her funeral to St John’s Church, Yellow Bog, Kilcullen will be on Tuesday 23 September, arriving for a 1pm Funeral Service, which will be followed by burial in Ballyshannon Churchyard R56 WN56.
