Laughter in Riverbank play this week
A new comedy set in rural Ireland of the 1960s is being performed in the Riverbank Arts Centre this week. Written and directed by Dave Tiernan, Sour Dough runs from Thursday through Saturday.
The play is being presented by Riff Raff Drama Group from Newbridge, and the story features the efforts of two sisters to keep their home after the death of their father sees them in jeopardy of being made homeless.
Tickets are €12 and €15. In these times, 120 minutes of good laughter is priceless.
