Open Mic Night in Woodbine Books

A reminder that there will be an Open Mic Night in Woodbine Books on Wednesday night, 23 October, to mark Irish Book Week, writes Brian Byrne.

A number of members from the Kilcullen Writing Group will present their poetry, short stories, essays, flash fiction and music. Other performers are welcome — contact Woodbine Books to be added to the list.

Audience members are welcome to this free event, which begins at 7.30pm.

Irish Book Week is a partnership between Bookselling Ireland and Publishing Ireland, and runs from 19-26 October.
