Baby Reflexology course

A 3-week course in Baby Reflexology will be starting in Kilcullen Parish Centre on 8 November. It is suitable for new-borns to pre-walkers.

The course is being conducted by experienced Reflexology and Early Years educator Lisa O'Connor and will include tutoring in foot, hand and facial techniques that can help alleviate ailments and bring balance to the baby's system.

The course sessions are Fridays 8th, 15th and 22nd, starting at 10.30am and lasting for an hour. The fee is €60, which includes a home care pack and easy to follow charts.
