Good turnout to Picnic on the Green

Some 200 people turned out for today's Picnic on the Green, organised by the Old Kilcullen Area Residents Association, writes Brian Byrne.

Unfortunately the Diary only got there both a little bit early and a little bit late, due to other commitments, missing all the fun in between. Fortunately for all, the weather stayed balmy and even when threatening clouds rolled in, the rain stayed away.

We did get a few pics, just to put on the record that it happened. Well done to all concerned.
