Russborough lake trail upgraded

There's good news for Kilcullen people who like to take a ramble around the lakeside walk at Russborough in Blessington, writes Brian Byrne. The trail surface has been upgraded and will be accessible by all and in all weathers.

The work was made possible by a grant from the Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme (ORIS), administered by the Department of Rural and Community Development. 

The refurbishment was carried out by David Kenna Construction, and the trail will be open to users from 15 July.
