Relaxed Drop in and Draw morning

It was a morning of quiet concentration on Saturday at the inaugural 'Drop in and Draw' event in Kilcullen Heritage Centre, writes Brian Byrne.

Organised by Lynn Worrall, the location and the light in the theatre foyer-museum was just perfect for playing around with shades, colours and techniques.

"It was a really relaxing morning," Lynn told the Diary. "We'll be booking another date here for next month."

The initiative is free and open to anyone, of any or undiscovered artistic ability. Donations for tea and coffee were collected for the Maintain Hope charity.
