Stories and yoga for children at Riverbank

A stories and yoga event for children and their adults will be held next Saturday, 20 January, in Riverbank Arts Centre Newbridge, featuring poet and playwright Róisín Sheehy and yogi Paul Donnelly. Yoga Fairytales will have two sessions, at 10am and 11:15am.

Róisín will take participants on a storied adventure inspired by the heroes and heroines of Irish folklore and there will also be a chance to go through a fun guided yoga flow with the Aquatic Yogi (Paul Donnelly) — live out your own adventures, summon your hidden super hero power, build strength, identity and confidence!

This event is suitable for children aged 5-12 years and their adults, and fancy dress is highly encouraged. It is part of Riverbank Arts Centre’s programme for First Fortnight 2024.

Tickets are €10 and can be booked through the Box Office, either in person or by telephone on 045 448327 Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm (closed for lunch 2-2.30) and Saturday 10am-1pm. Tickets can also be booked 24/7 on www.riverbank.ie. Online tickets subject to €1 booking fee per ticket.
