Sr Consilio at Woodbine Book launch

The founder of the Cuan Mhuire Treatment Centre in Athy, Sr Consilio, was the special guest at Woodbine Books this week at the launch of Joe Osborne's book Here's the Thing.

The book comprises 26 essays, stories of challenge, recovery and redemption, told through history, politics, sport and everyday life. It is illustrated by Declan Considine, and can be purchased in Woodbine Books or online here. 

It is the second book by the MD of Godolphin — his first was Poise and Stride, published in 2020.

All proceeds from the book go to Cuan Mhuire.
