Change of day for Kilcullen Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga with Maryclare in Kilcullen is to change from Wednesday to Monday.

The venue remains the same — the Artaban Hall in Bridge Camphill.

Sessions from 10am-11am, and an optional walk with Activator Sticks from 11am-11.30am.
