Local online business Faerly racks up another award

In a year-on-year double, Kilcullen online business Faerly has won the Sustainability category of the Irish eComm Awards for the second time, writes Brian Byrne
The awards were presented at Dublin's Mansion House on Friday last, as local couple James Byrne and Eoin Houlihan celebrated the third year of their enterprise. "This award couldn't have come at a better time," James said. "Winning it is like a big group hug and a collective 'well done' for us, for our community of makers and for our customers."
Faerly specialises in eco-conscious products and won the latest award after a rigorous examination of the business by Irish eCommerce Awards 2023 judges representing Tik Tok, online fashion and cosmetics retailer ASOS, Britvic, and AIB Merchant Services.
With momentum building for the Christmas season, James says they are already seeing an early surge in orders, especially for Faerly's corporate gifting service.
James was presented with the award by judging panel member Miya Knights.
