Good outing for Shamrocks lads

The South Kildare Shamrocks U11 hurlers had a very good outing in a Hurling Blitz in Cappagh GAA Club yesterday morning, writes Martin Sheridan. Cappagh, St Laurence's and the Shamrocks were the clubs involved. 

In wet and windy conditions the Shamrocks lads overcame Cappagh in the first match and then had a 1-point win over St Laurence's in their second match.

A great morning's hurling from all the lads involved with the three clubs. Well done to the Shamrocks lads and their mentors and many thanks to Cappagh for organising the Blitz.
