Chair Yoga sessions resume next month

Chair Yoga sessions with Maryclare McMahon will resume on Wednesday 20 September in Kilcullen and Narraghmore.

In Narraghmore they will be in The Old Hardware starting at 10am. The Kilcullen sessions will be in the Bridge Community's Artaban Hall, starting at 11.45am.

The cost is €5 per session in Narraghmore and €10 in Kilcullen, with an optional walk by the river with Activator Poles, and bookings can be made by calling Maryclare at 087 9011405.
