Call for trees management in Cnoc na Greine

Cnoc na Greine residents have been asked to send in details of trees that need attention on the estate, with a view to having Kildare County Council manage them, writes Brian Byrne.

According to the Cnoc Na Greine Residents Association, there are a number of trees in the estate with loose or broken branches, and, along with hedging gone wild, others that are overhanging roads.

The association has asked residents to take photos of any such issues and send them to Kildare County Council at parks@kildarecoco.ie with the location.

After many years, agreement to take the estate in charge was achieved at Kildare County Council last November.
