All-Ireland champion Cormac brings home the trophy

It was a busy time yesterday for Kilcullen GAA's Cormac Barker, when he brought to town the All-Ireland U20 trophy won by the Kildare county team against Sligo.
The prize was brought to his former school Cross and Passion College, to St Joseph's NS in Halverstown, and to Nolan's Butchers during the day, before last evening's big event at the clubhouse where a large group of supporters from the community came out to applaud the champion.

Autographs were given and clothing signed, and scores of photographs taken at a brilliant reception from friends, family, and team- and club-mates.

Cormac also was named as the U20 Goalkeeper of the Year for the second consecutive year.
