Words of thanks and appreciation for Confirmations

Yesterday and this morning we celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation in our parish, writes Fr Gary Darby. On behalf of Fr Martin, the Parish Pastoral Council and myself I would like to express our thanks and gratitude.

Thank you to Scoil Bhride, Ms Flanagan, Principal; Classrooms teachers Ms Burke, Mr Murphy and Mr Corish. Thank you to Ms Nolan and the teachers who led the music with the school choir. 

Thank you to St. Joseph’s School Ms Cullen, Principal and Ms Garrett classroom teacher.

Thank you to Mary Barber who prepared the children from the local Steiner School.

Last but not least we say a “BIG THANK YOU” to the children who received their Confirmation. They are a wonderful group of young people and we wish them God’s blessing for the future.
