'Gig for Celine' cancer fight support for Moat Theatre

A fundraising concert in support of Moat Theatre manager Celine Garvey's fight against cancer will be held in the theatre in Naas on Thursday 8 June.

Stars from the arts and music world performing will include Rebecca Storm, Paddy Casey, John Forde, Arlene Bailey, The Willibees, Mairead Carroll, Johny & Harrison Warren, and Pete Kavanagh who is organising the 'Gig for Celine'.

Describing Celine, who lives outside Kilcullen, as an 'incredible supporter of the creative arts in Naas and beyond', Pete Kavanagh says the event represents the arts community wishing to 'return the support she has shown us'.
