Biodiversity Plan for launch shortly

A biodiversity study and Community Biodiversity Plan will be launched in Kilcullen later this month by Kilcullen Community for Climate Action, writes Brian Byrne.

The study was commissioned by the group following the award of a grant in 2022 from the Community Foundation of Ireland. It was carried out by Nuala Madigan of the Irish Peatland Conservation Council. 

The plan will be launched on Tuesday 18 April in Kilcullen Town Hall at an event beginning at 7.30pm.
