Scoil Bhride teacher again on winning Galway camogie team

There have been celebrations in Scoil Bhride for a team far away from Kilcullen, following the winning last weekend of the All Ireland Senior Club Camogie by Galway's Sarsfields Camogie Club.

Among those in the forefront of the game was Scoil Bhride teacher Clodagh McGrath (wearing number 11 above), whom we first wrote about on the Diary in 2020. 

Founded in 1981, Sarsfields' winning ways have previously had them crowned All Ireland Senior Club Camogie Champions in 2019, 2021 and 2022. And they have been Galway Senior Club Champions in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
