It's beginning to look a lot like ...

Once again another busy weekend in Kilcullen, much of the activity related to the ramp-up to Christmas, writes Brian Byrne.
The Nativities Exhibition (see video above for a taster) continues today and tomorrow in the Parish Centre, attracting a lot of appreciative interest for the some 150 sets gathered from all around the world.
The Kilcullen Christmas Market today starts at 10am in the grounds of the Community Centre, while the Kildare West Wicklow SPCA also have a Christmas Fair event in the Heritage Centre from 11am-4pm.
The Calverstown Christmas Tree will be officially lit this evening at 6.30pm, and the last night of Kilcullen Drama Group's 'For Better, For Worse' is this evening from 8pm.
Tomorrow there's a get-together in Old Kilcullen organised by the area residents, at the Victorian post-box and beginning at 3pm, while in Brannockstown there will be a lighting up of the Christmas Tree there at 4.30pm.
Looking forward to next week, there's a Blood Donation clinic in Scoil Bhride on Monday, from 3.45pm. Thursday is the Carols by Candlelight in the Parish Church, while the Steiner School Christmas Fair will be on Saturday 10 December.
