Christmas gathering in Kilcullen of activator pole groups

A reminder that a Christmas gathering of activator pole groups and tutors will be hosted by the Kildare Sports Partnership at Kilcullen Community Centre on Thursday next 15 December, writes Brian Byrne.

The 'Happy Stickmas Gathering' will run from 11am-1pm and will include refreshments, music, and a promise of lots of laughter.

Frank Fahy of FitWalk Ireland will provide some activator pole exercises, both seated and standing, and there will be an optional walk outdoors.
