Planning application for former bank building

A planning application to change the use of the former Bank of Ireland building in Kilcullen to serviced bedroom accommodation has been made to Kildare County Council, writes Brian Byrne.

The application by Philip Masterson proposes seven en-suite bedrooms, three each at ground and first floor levels and one at basement level.

The plan also proposes changes to the exterior front, side and rear.

Submissions on the application, File No 221338, can be made up to 13 December 2022.
