A reminder that a selection of more than 150 Nativity Sets collected from all over the world by Lorraine Kelly is on display in Kilcullen Parish Centre for four days from today, Thursday 1 December, writes Brian Byrne.
The display is open from 10am-5pm on Thursday and Friday, from 11am-7.30pm on Saturday, and from 11am-4pm on Sunday 4 December. People viewing the exhibition can make donations for Kilcullen Parish funds and for the work of the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul.
The Daughters of Charity were established by Vincent de Paul in France in 1633 and today more than 13,000 sisters work in 92 countries throughout the world.
The display was first shown to the public in 2020, with around 100 scenes, while a virtual version was shown online last year due to Covid restrictions.
