Tai Chi classes returning to Parish Centre

Weekly indoor Tai Chi classes will resume on Thursday 22 September at 10am at Kilcullen Parish Centre, writes Yuki Kobayashi. The cost is €10 per class.

Old and new members are all welcome. Please let me know by text 086 3412006, or just turn up and try.

Our outdoor classes (above) are also going weekly on Wednesday at 12 noon and Saturday at 10am at Moyleabbey Organic Farm. Please make sure to contact me before coming to the Saturday class for the first time as there are occasional time off.

It has been unusual 2.5 years, and we will see what's ahead of us. In the meantime let's enjoy ourselves in the present moment with some Tai Chi and good company.
