Former CPC student in line for Gay Byrne IMRO Award

Former Cross & Passion College student Aisling Bolton Dowling has been shortlisted for the Gay Byrne Award - Newcomer of the Year category in the IMRO Radio Awards 2022.

Aisling is studying Journalism with sociological and political studies at NCI Galway and works with Galway Bay FM. She is in competition against other newcomers to the industry from East Coast FM, Tipp FM, Radio Kerry and Newstalk. 

Her former teachers at CPC have wished Aisling continued success with her studies and the very best of luck at the awards ceremony in early October.
