Search for best banana dish
A search for the most delicious dish in which a banana is the main ingredient has been launched by banana importers Fyffes.
The dishes presented can be sweet or savoury, and the creations will be adjudicated by TV cook Donal Skehan.
Rewards will be presented to the overall winner and best in category entries — including junior entrants, best breakfast, savoury, dessert, no bake and vegan. Entries close August 4th.
