Call for local initiatives for Heritage Week 2022

The Heritage Council is inviting communities and organisations to put together local initiatives for National Heritage Week, which will run from 13-21 August 2022.

The week this year will celebrate the full return of in-person events, which can include inter alia walking tours, lectures, craft workshops or demonstrations, concerts, exhibitions and festivals.

Advice on getting started is available on the Heritage Week website here. 

Digital heritage projects will also be part of the programme, following their popularity in 2020 and 2021 and will be shared on the Heritage Week website.
