Nichola a winner in Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2022

Kilcullen optometrist Nichola Kennedy was a winner in the Network Ireland Kildare Branch Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2022, writes Brian Byrne.

Nichola took the honours in the STEM Professional category of the Awards, which were presented last evening at The Osprey Hotel in Naas.

She was one of three finalists in her category, with Sharon Farrell of FACE Credit Consultancy and Claire Brett of Junior Einstein Kildare. The category was sponsored by Life Credit Union.

The other categories were Solo Business, Emerging Businesswoman, Established Businesswoman, Employee — Rising Star, Creative Professional, and Power Within Champion.

The winners of each award category will now go on to the national finals for Network Ireland which will be announced at a gala ceremony in Galway in October.

Network Ireland Kildare Branch has over 130 members.
