'Thank you' from Maintain Hope

Despite being hampered by illness amongst our regular collectors, we are delighted to report that we collected just short of €1,200, writes Gerry O'Donoghue of Maintain Hope. At a time when there are so many demands on people’s generosity and there is so much urgent need in the world, we are so very grateful to everyone who contributed and to those who continue to support us.

Nolans and Eurospar were so kind and supportive and the time went very quickly with plenty of conversations and banter from passers-by.

Thanks to all our collectors and in particular to the students of CPC. They came to our rescue at very short notice and impressed everybody with their courtesy and positivity. They are a credit to their families and to their school. Many thanks to Ms Twomey and Ms Groome for their support.
