Free Stick Activator classes every Wednesday

Free Stick Activator Classes are taking place in St Laurence's GAA complex, Narraghmore, every Wednesday.

Activator poles are an adaptation of Nordic Walking poles and were developed to promote balance and improve mobility.

The sessions run between 10am-11am, and are available with Maryclare McMahon courtesy of the Kildare Sports Partnership.
