Kilcullen GAA Lights Up again tonight for OT

The Thursday night walking organised by Kilcullen GAA for the Lights Up initiative in association with Operation Transformation continues this evening, writes Liam Cronin.

Registration will start at 7.45pm and the walk begins at 8pm. Ballygowan water will be provided during the walk, sponsored by Britvic Ireland. We want everyone to come and join for Ireland Lights Up 2022 — we had over 60 walkers last week.

Please make sure to have your walking gear with bright hi-viz vest or clothing at all times when walking. If you don’t have hi-viz, Kilcullen GAA will provide on the night. All are welcome to come to this event — you don’t have to be a Kilcullen GAA club member.

Meantime, in the MyLife/GAA Every Step Counts challenge, we have so far totalled over 15,000km which is almost four laps of Ireland, in two weeks since the challenge began on 19 January. There are still three weeks left in the challenge, so it's still not too late to sign up.
