'Virtually Shackleton’ Autumn School on Saturday

The 31st Shackleton Autumn School and 2nd ever 'Virtually Shackleton’ takes place live and online this coming Saturday 30 October, and there's still time to register.

Speakers include the renowned Dr John Dudeney, Bob Headland, Meredith Hooper, Seb Coulthard and many more.

There will again this year be attendees from all over the world who will join online for panel discussions, lectures and more. There will also be video messages from around the world and an online conversation on social media. A highlight at the end of the day is 'meeting' others for a 'virtual pint' in O'Briens.

Registration is free and can be done here. The event is hosted by the Shackleton Museum Athy, and supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
