Summer Cast: Steering Kalbarri through the pandemic

Over the past seven years, Siobhan Murphy and her family have built up Kalbarri Cookery in Carnalway, near Kilcullen, starting as a school for cooking and evolving from there into an events location for families and their celebrations, for local corporate gigs and more.

Then, on a Friday in March of last year, they had to change direction quickly when things came to a pandemic-induced stop.

In this podcast, Siobhan talks about turning the enterprise around in the pandemic storm, finding time to step back and take stock, working with family, and looks to the future in the little distance that is possible.
