Planning permission granted to Brownstown development

Planning permission has been granted to Alan O'Connell for the development of 15 new dwellings at Brownstown, beside Lui na Greine.

The permission was granted with 45 conditions. There were nine submissions in relation to the development from local residents.

Construction of the development will involve the demolition of an existing house on the site.
