Ballyshannon groups 'assessing next move', Heydon on radio

The Ballyshannon Action Group say they are assessing the documents from An Bord Pleanala before making a decision on any further steps in their fight against a Kilsaran quarry plan, writes Brian Byrne.

At the weekend shock was the reaction across the community following the Bord's decision to allow the quarry, despite Kildare County Council's original refusal of the application.

Local TD and Minister of State Martin Heydon will be on KFM radio this morning between 9am-11am to discuss the matter with presenter Clem Ryan.
