Jack Kelly was 80 yesterday

Jack and Mary's 50th anniversary in 2015.

Jack Kelly of Nicholastown celebrated his 80th birthday yesterday, an occasion which was marked by a socially-distanced drive-by from family and friends.

The Diary was out of town and unable to take part, but we extend our very best wishes. And by way of happy memories, re-publish the picture of Jack and Mary and family members celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary back in 2015.

Hopefully such important parties will again be possible soon.
